milling material – Litelon®
foam for individual requirements
High-quality foams for individual requirements. We offer you two specially developed variants of our Litelon® milled foams, which are optimally tailored to the needs of orthopedic shoe technology. Both variants are available in Shore A hardnesses from 15° to 70° and in a wide range of colors.
Litelon® EX:
100% EVA foam with excellent properties specially developed for orthopedic shoe technology.
Litelon® KX:
Hybrid EVA foam with added rubber – ideal when greater flexibility and improved recovery behavior are required.
Bio-milling material – Biolon®
Innovative, sustainable and high-performance. Biolon® is our milled foam made from renewable raw materials that combines the highest ecological standards with outstanding technical properties. With its quality, Biolon® is in no way inferior to conventional EVA foam and offers an environmentally friendly alternative for orthopedic shoe technology.

Huflinge®
Sustainable milling blanks in foot shape
Efficient, precise and environmentally friendly. Hooflings are specially developed milling blanks in the shape of a foot, which, thanks to their unique design, offer significantly better foot support than conventional milling blocks. They are available in various versions: monoblock and combinations with 2 or 3 shore hardness levels.

Litelax – special solution for diabetics
3 mm thick latex with textile backing
Ideal for diabetic upholstery thanks to its soft and pressure-relieving properties
Cover fabrics – LiteSteam
For optimal comfort
Breathable, sweat-absorbing and versatile. Our LiteSteam cover material made of high-quality microfiber is specially developed for applications where breathability and comfort are paramount. LiteSteam ensures a pleasant wearing experience and offers versatile adjustment options.
